PRODUCTS
Algontec produces a wide range of products mainly aimed at the automotive industry, such as ventilation ducts, windscreen washer reservoirs, air intake ducts, expansion tanks, to name a few. Other diverse applications range from bed headboards to tensioning components for bridges and other structures by using blow moulding technology. Blow moulding is an industrial process which consists of applying pressurized air to a mold-trapped pre-shape, thus blowing the material and forcing it to copy the shape of the mould cavity.
TECHNOLOGICAL CAPABILITIES
Algontec has more than 30 blow moulding machines ranging from 30 to 200 tons, distributed among its facilities in Zaragoza (Spain), Kostrzyn nad Odra (Poland) and Bursa (Turkey) as well as welding, automated deflashing, and laser equipment, etc.
