Bosal Group is among the world’s leading manufacturers of exhaust systems for cars and trucks, as well as many other automotive components. Its clients include major automobile manufacturers throughout the world, as well as a variety of leading industrial conglomerates.
Bosal has two production plants in Spain (Sagunto, with approximately 20,300 sq m, and Zaragoza, with 8,000 sq m) and a distribution center located in Madrid.
Bosal Industrial Zaragoza was set up with the objective of supplying Opel Spain with exhaust systems for its entire vehicle production, but now supplies car exhaust systems to Renault, Deutz, PSA and VW.
Thanks to Bosal Industrial Zaragoza’s efficiency in terms of quality, service and price, the company has managed to be nominated 4 times among General Motors top 25 global suppliers.
PRODUCTS
Exhaust systems are the main product manufactured by Bosal Group. We should also highlight the manufacture of catalytic converters, particulate filters, approved tow hooks, various special accessories for sports cars and off-road vehicles, luggage racks and other products for related industries, while providing major auto assemblers with JIT delivery.
Additionally, Bosal Group operates and distributes a range of automotive spare parts under its own brand “Bosal”.
TECHNOLOGICAL CAPABILITIES
Bosal Group uses the latest technologies to manufacture its products. Bosal Industrial Zaragoza is currently equipped with:
• 12 welding robots
• 7 robotic and 3 manually-operated tube bending cells
• Two exhaust muffler manufacturing lines
Many resources are available for design and quality assurance, ranging from a three- dimensional measuring machine, durability test benches; exhaust muffler leak and interference control equipment to 3D design software, while continually adding new and sophisticated technologies.
