AUTOMOTIVE SOLUTIONS
Kongsberg’s activity entails the manufacture of fluid transfer systems for the automobile industry and industrial vehicles:
• Extrusion and shaping of plastic piping.
• Embossing, (Ridge) folding Deformation/corrugation,and bending of metal parts.
• Assembly of different components.
Belonging to Kongsberg Automotive, a Norwegian group whose global presence covers 20 countries, with more than 30 plants, its ability to deliver has made it a leader within the sector. The company is able to sell to nearly all original equipment manufacturers in the automobile sector.
Kongsberg´s customers are the main vehicle manufacturers on the market, including, VOLVO TRUCKS, FORD, DAF, DAIMLER, SCANIA, JLR, CUMMINS, JOHN DEERE, etc. The foreign market is the main destination for its products. It supplies 81 different customers abroad.
Kongsberg Actuation Systems, S.L.U. is certified according to ISO ISTF 16949 and ISO 14001, meaning that its products reach the highest levels of quality, sustainability and continuous improvement.

TECHNOLOGICAL CAPABILITIES
The plant in Epila, with a surface area of 4500 m2, has a total of 300 employees and houses the production area, chemical and physical laboratories, prototype and spare parts area, as well as raw material and finished product storage.
