Activity

Marena specializes in providing comprehensive services to the machining sector and offers both general and specific solutions tailored to each application, such as standard and special cutting tools adapted to the part or production, tooling, metrology, workholding, and fixtures.

Marena carries out complete part studies together with its clients, making its expertise available for the development of new products, while also providing real machining times and costs that are useful for production planning. The company also undertakes turnkey projects, proposing comprehensive solutions for new parts with a guarantee of success.

Special tool

A special tool is a solution adapted to the part, the material, and the client:
• A standard geometry adapted to a radius, cutting length, or total length to improve productivity or meet the requirements of a part.
• A combined tool capable of performing several operations in a single use, optimizing time and thereby increasing production.

The process is simple: the client sends their drawing, part section, or sketch, Marena reviews it, and offers the best solution for their process.

Marena’s challenge is to manufacture the optimal tool for machining applications, even the most demanding ones. Its 40 years of experience support its ability to propose the most suitable solution for each manufacturing process. With the launch of its first catalog of standard cutting tools in 2015, Marena opened the door to exporting its products worldwide.
