Mecanus is a company involved in sheet metal processing and parts manufacturing through machining processes.
The company was set up by a young entrepreneur in 2006 with the aim of providing its services to metal industry companies in the Spanish region of Aragon. This initially small business has become one of the Aragonese companies with higher consolidated growth in the sector.
The company has a staff of highly qualified workers in its facilities of Ejea de los Caballeros (Zaragoza).
In its inception it provided its services to nearby companies in the province of Zaragoza. Currently it has expanded all over Aragón and the north of Spain. At present it provides its services to companies in the regions of Aragon, Catalonia, Navarre, La Rioja, the Basque Country and Castille Leon and, in a near future, the company is to expand its activities at the European level.
PRODUCTS
Mecanus deals with the machining of all types of parts according to drawing specifications from customers, from single pieces to large batches, with great versatility regarding the materials involved.
It boast a wide variety of processing means and flexibility in its capabilities to manufacture parts, achieving the highest precision and excellent quality in the finishing of those parts.
Its main aim is to provide products and a service meeting the highest standards of quality and the shortest delivery times.
To facilitate a comprehensive service with projects optimising industrial processes, they manufacture and assemble tooling on customer demand. Thus, lower costs and lower delivery times are achieved, maximising customers´ profits.
TECHNOLOGICAL CAPABILITIES
The company has a CO2 laser and a fibre laser, the latter being the first one in Europe with a beam control unit.
They also have folding machines with crowning table and 7 monitored axes ensuring the folding specifications along the parts with the highest precision.
They have several CNC Machining Workstations capable of manufacturing large parts and complex geometries. There is high versatility as to the materials they work with, and excellent finishing quality through ongoing quality control at each stage.
Its specialised engineering department carries out the requested projects with accuracy and conscientiousness through the analysis, planning, development, manufacturing, verification of the different stages, making use of the requisite tools needed to achieve a successful result in each of their projects.
To achieve proven satisfactory results they make use of post-processing CAM solutions. They are market leaders, with licences of up to 5 simultaneous axles.
