AUTOMOTIVE SOLUTIONS
Jordan Aragón is the production plant for the Jordan Group in the Aragón region. With indoor facilities of 17,000 sq m and 4,000 sq m of open grounds it is located in Figueruelas industrial state. Their areas of activity are stamping, welding and assemblies; its market includes the automobile, white goods and lifting industries. The company started its activity as Estampaciones Metálicas Zaragozanas (EMZA) in 1997, a family business involved until then in engineering, manufacturing and servicing of dies. Oriented to serial manufacturing of metal products through stamping processes, it soon became a benchmark for this type of components in the area of Zaragoza. In successive years, it enlarged and consolidated a portfolio of major customers in white the goods, lifting and, at a later stage, automotive industries. In search of an increase in their production capacity and with quality as it standard, EMZA acquires and renews its machinery and production facilities.
PRODUCTS
Engine related components
Regarding the engine related components, they manufacture a range of parts for the fixing of other components in the engine area. By “engine related components” we mean all the setting, clamping and fastening elements and fixing brackets around the engine.
Window and door system related components
They develop a variety of components for a range of applications for power windows as well as reinforcements for automobile doors and windows. Their technology enables the company to manufacture power window systems for automobile doors, requiring high precision tolerances.
TLD System They manufacture critical parts for the automobile, classified as D/TLD safety parts. These parts demand the highest standards of quality and production control in their manufacturing. Jordan manufactures such assemblies with the latest state-of-the-art technology by means of quality manufacturing control at every stage of production.
Exhaust systems Their technology and quality enable the company to produce components for car exhaust systems. Technical parts in rust-proof materials and subassemblies to be part of cladding elements for noise reduction and silencing systems.
Brake system. JORDAN is specialised in guards and protection of brakes, too. Thanks to its state-of-the-art technology for tooling and its manufacturing with cutting-edge stamping presses, an optimal process and quality are guaranteed.
TECHNOLOGICAL CAPABILITIES
Stamping. With 15 ton to 630 ton presses, they carry out manual, progressive and transferred stamping. They have feeders and unstacking machines for process automatization. They work with a wide range of materials, from highly structural products through stamping in aluminium to parts requiring high aesthetical stainless finishing.
Welding. With several versatile robotised facilities, they perform electric resistance welding processes for white goods and automobile industries.
Assembly. With riveting, threading and embedding processes, and semi-automatic assemblies, they produce assemblies with higher added value. They incorporate quality control systems such as poka yokes and automatic monitoring systems to ensure quality in their operations.
