Lacor I.Q., thanks to its own experience and know-how, provides supplier assistance and representation services on its customer´s facilities in the areas of quality administration, logistics and engineering by means of a customized position for a Resident Engineer. This service represents a link between the represented company and its customer, standing for its interest on site by means of:
• Technical support, monitoring and follow up of quality incidences.
• Management of non-conforming products and customer claims.
• Verification by sorting / handling / reworking when a non-conforming product appears during any step of the assembly process.
• Direct, on-site negotiation with the customer; assistance and liaison with the customer´s customer.
